MAYED is an independent Swedish clothing label founded by Moa Miró-Quesada and Miguel, with a particular focus on materials, craftsmanship, and lasting quality.

Every garment begins with an original vintage piece. Drawn to their silhouettes, proportions, and functional details, we preserve the character of these garments while refining their construction, finishing, and materials.

The original references come from clothing once sold in Moa’s grandparents’ store in Smålandsstenar, Sweden. The store carried clothing from Swedish brands, manufactured in Sweden at the time. Today, these garments form the foundation of MAYED’s collections.

Fabric plays a central role in our work. We select materials for their texture, quality, and the way they feel and develop character through wear. Construction is approached with the same consideration, with attention to durability and precise finishing.

Our garments are produced in small quantities in Sweden, in close collaboration with skilled production studios. As a family-run business, we remain personally involved in the development of each piece, from the original reference to the finished garment.

We believe well-made clothing should be worn often, become more personal through use, and remain part of a person’s wardrobe for years.
